I have a new Dim Sum discovery.
Bam,my colleague from GMA Network way back when we were still
in the Philippines,
introduced me to
NBC Seafood Restaurant
in Monterey Park Plaza.
It was a perfect steaming hot breakfaston a cool Saturday morning.
And when it comes to Dim Sum,there is this one singular item
that is a must on my table
- Fried Taro (aka Taro Puff).
